Beautiful pool with crystal clear water for cooling off. Shower bath by the pool. The pool area is illuminated at night.
Breakfast can be served in the quincho and the barbecue is also available.
We rent out a holiday home and apartment in Villeta Guazu Kora to holidaymakers and immigrants, the holiday home is best suited for 2 people, 3 people are possible. The apartment is best suited for 4 persons, 5 persons are possible.
Only approx. 38 km from Asunción airport. Our ranch is about 600 metres from the tarmac. Bodega, Despensa and petrol station are within walking distance. A large supermarket, ATM, restaurant and other shops are approx. 5 km away.
The Rio Paraguay is approx. 6 km away where you can also buy fish.
The house is fully furnished.
Fridge, cooker, washing machine, kitchen utensils, bed linen,
towels, television, kitchen-living room, bathroom-WC, air conditioning, fans, etc.
Internet connection, large planted garden with small park. The house has a drinking water connection without chlorine (no water tank but direct connection without risk of germs)
