Charming 62-square-meter Scandinavian-style vacation home in Großenbrode on the Baltic Sea—ideal for 4–6 people. One dog is welcome.

The modernly furnished house features two bedrooms and a cozy alcove with double beds. Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax. Amenities include a wood-burning stove, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi.

The bathroom features underfloor heating and a sauna, and there is a washer with a dryer function. The partially covered patio, furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers, offers the perfect spot for relaxing.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amidst the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
