62m² vacation home with sauna, wood-burning stove & terrace, dogs welcome

Charming Scandinavian-style vacation home (62 m²) in beautiful Großenbrode on the Baltic Sea. With 2 bedrooms, the house is ideal for 4–6 people, and your dog is also welcome.

The house features a modern Scandinavian design and is very comfortably furnished. Large windows create a bright and pleasant living atmosphere.

The open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious feel; a cozy sofa invites you to relax, and you can enjoy your home-cooked culinary delights at the large dining table.

The living area features a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

A wood-burning stove in the living room and a private sauna in the bathroom ensure your comfort. This is especially nice on cooler days after a walk in the breeze or a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.

The two bedrooms in the vacation home and the alcove—which is especially popular with children for sleeping—are each equipped with double beds. A crib and a high chair are available in the house.

The bathroom has underfloor heating. Across-the-board amenities include a washer with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two lounge chairs are also available for your use.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
