A Scandinavian wellness oasis near the beach

Welcome to your stylish 79-square-meter vacation home featuring Scandinavian design—just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Südstrand beach in Großenbrode. Here, you’ll find spaciousness, plenty of light, and a cozy atmosphere that instantly puts you in a vacation mood. Ideal for 6–8 people plus a dog, and thanks to its well-thought-out layout, it’s perfect for families or multiple generations living under one roof.

Large windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Clean lines, harmonious colors, and thoughtful details create a modern yet cozy ambiance.

The three comfortable bedrooms are cleverly separated from one another—so everyone can enjoy their own private retreat. The spacious master bedroom with a double bed is located right next to the exclusive wellness bathroom with a sauna and shower—your very own private spa area. Two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds—are located on the opposite side of the house near the second bathroom with a shower. A special highlight is the cozy alcove with an additional double bed—a favorite spot for children and teens. A crib and high chair are, of course, provided.

The heart of the house is the open-concept living and dining area—a place for spending time together, good conversations, and unforgettable vacation moments. The spacious sofa area invites you to relax, while the separate dining table is perfect for feasting and laughing together. The wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a stereo system ensure cozy evenings.
From here, you have direct access to the partially covered patio with patio furniture—perfect for leisurely breakfasts in the fresh Baltic Sea air or atmospheric summer evenings. Two sun loungers are available for relaxing.

Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and offer the highest level of comfort. In the larger bathroom, you can enjoy your own sauna—a private wellness experience. A washer-dryer combo is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker provide everything you need for cooking together in the evenings.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
