Vacation home 79m² with space and style for 8 people with sauna

A very attractive and spacious 79-square-meter Scandinavian-style vacation home located within walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach. Thanks to its well-designed layout, this home is well-suited for multiple generations and ideal for 6–8 people. The vacation home is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated; large windows provide plenty of light and create a pleasant living atmosphere.

The three bedrooms are arranged in a slightly staggered layout. A large bedroom with a double bed is right next to the large bathroom, which features a sauna and shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or two single beds, respectively, and are located on the other side of the house near the small bathroom with a shower. The alcove features two additional sleeping areas with double beds, which are always very popular with the younger family members. A crib and a high chair are available in the house.

The open and central living and kitchen area serves as a cozy gathering spot for everyone and creates a spacious living atmosphere. A large and cozy sofa area invites you to relax, and the dining table, set slightly apart, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together and culinary highlights.

The living area features a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two sun loungers are also available for your use.

The two bathrooms feature underfloor heating. From the larger bathroom, you have access to your own sauna. Across the hall is a washing machine with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
