Your home away from home, the “Weiße Villa,” is truly a dream. You’ll be welcomed by a truly beautiful and exceptionally tasteful vacation home in a timelessly elegant “villa style,” located close to the beach—right next to Grömitz’s famous spa park.
In this 3-room apartment (approx. 61 sqm of living space on the 2nd floor), situated between the spa park and the Baltic Sea beach, we warmly welcome up to 4 guests.

Your living area has been designed for you with great taste and attention to detail. Numerous accessories and high-quality, modern-style furniture create a particularly beautiful living atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, included.

Your modern, elegant white kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Your bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A heated towel rack is, of course, included. A high chair is available for small children.

A bedroom with a double bed (approx. 2x90x200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). The cozy couch can also be used as a sleeping area for one person. Ample closet space is also available. The entire apartment also features underfloor heating. The apartment also features electric exterior roller shutters.

On the beautiful, spacious south/west-facing balcony—complete with seating, a storage box, and a beach chair—you can relax and enjoy yourself at any time.

Special features of the vacation rental:

You don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs; the apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

You can conveniently park your car in a reserved parking space right next to the building.
