Located on the third floor of a modern new building, scheduled for completion in 2026, it is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment is designed for up to two people and features a separate bedroom and a stylishly furnished living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round, while blinds on all windows guarantee privacy.
A particular highlight of the apartment is the balcony with direct sea views – enjoy relaxing hours and let your gaze wander across the Wadden Sea. The beach is just 50 meters away, allowing you to enjoy spontaneous walks along the sea or a refreshing swim whenever you like. Restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal are also within easy walking distance: the nearest restaurant is only 10 meters away, and the nearest supermarket is 50 meters away. The train station and public transport are just 100 meters away.
The apartment is designated as non-smoking and youth groups are not permitted, guaranteeing a quiet and pleasant living environment.
