Welcome to Haus Seestern – Apartment Jil, a high-end vacation home in Tinnum that leaves nothing to be desired. Spanning approximately 120 m², up to 8 guests can enjoy luxurious comfort, a spacious feel, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere—ideal for families or groups seeking a special vacation on Sylt.

The heart of the house is the bright living and dining room on the first floor, tastefully furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and the absolute highlight: the wood-burning stove with a viewing window, which transforms even the coldest North Sea days into cozy evenings. Directly adjacent is the fully equipped, modern kitchen in elegant white, where cooking and dining together become a true pleasure.

A special wellness feature is the private two-person sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk on the mudflats. The amenities are complemented by a whirlpool tub in one of the bathrooms, inviting you to relax in luxury. A total of three stylish bathrooms made of natural stone (one on each floor) are available, harmoniously combining functionality and elegance.

The house has four bedrooms:

Basement: Bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm)—ideal for adults—with an en suite bathroom. On this floor, you’ll find the sauna and the spa tub.

1st Upper floor: A bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a bedroom with a bunk bed (140 cm wide)—perfect for children or young guests.

Attic / open loft: Two single beds under the charming sloping ceilings, a special sleeping and retreat area for children or teenagers.

Additional amenities include flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, light-colored country-style hardwood floors throughout the house, and a garden area that offers space for playing, sunbathing, or barbecuing.
