Vacation/contractor apartment with balcony:

Our spacious, newly renovated, and fully furnished vacation apartment—also well-suited as a craftsman’s or contractor’s apartment—is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance, located on the landlord’s property, offers plenty of space across 70 m² for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The balcony invites you to start the day relaxing outdoors or to wind down comfortably with a glass of wine. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a crib, ensuring restful nights. The combined living room and bedroom features a cozy sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space. The bright living area creates a welcoming atmosphere and invites you to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Crockery, silverware, and cooking utensils are, of course, provided, so you can easily prepare your own meals. A dining area provides space for shared meals.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and washing machine, offering ample comfort for your daily needs.
A professional cross-trainer is available in the entryway for your fitness needs.

On-site fees: Payment can be made through the booking portal or in cash on-site. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request, free of charge. Guest Wi-Fi is available.
