Location
Discover the charming Beach View House 12! The vacation home is located not far from the Dünenweg, which leads directly to the impressive Priwall Promenade on one side and separates the vacation village from the wide Baltic Sea beach on the other. In less than 150 meters, you’ll reach the wide and magnificent beach. Here you can enjoy the sun to the fullest or watch the impressive sight of large cargo ships and ferries entering the harbor.

The house
accommodates 12 people and, with approximately 141 m² of space, offers plenty of room for a wonderful family vacation or an unforgettable time at the Baltic Sea with friends! It has a total of 6 bedrooms:

4 bedrooms with double beds
2 alcoves, each with 2 single beds

Special highlights
A wood-burning stove, sauna, steam room, and hot tub offer you the ultimate wellness experience!
The large, north-facing terrace is covered, while the south-facing, open terrace is located by the house entrance.

Basic Amenities
A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The spacious dining area and open kitchen invite you to gather together. Two sofas create a cozy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove makes for especially cozy evenings during the colder months, while the flat-screen TV, radio with CD player, and DVD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a pleasant level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could want. Here you’ll find:

- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven
- Microwave
- Coffee maker

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also available—perfect for preparing your favorite meals!

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (each 80 x 200), which are pushed together to form double beds. Each alcove contains two single beds. Every bedroom features a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe.

Bathrooms
The large master bathroom is a real highlight:

- Large whirlpool for up to 5 people
- Two sinks and two showers
- Separate sauna and steam room for a relaxing wellness vacation

There is also a guest restroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area & Parking
With plenty of outdoor furniture, the terraces are ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and tranquility within the Sonnenblick village complex. Three parking spaces are available free of charge on the property. Pets are welcome in this non-smoking apartment!

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (not made up). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious vacation homes, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a prime beachfront location in Priwall, Travemünde. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 meters.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller vacation home for a small group or an XXL vacation rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect vacation home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all vacation accommodations at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many of the vacation homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each vacation home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 vacation village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick vacation resort, Village 1, exclusive vacation homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each vacation home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
