This cozy forest chalet is a charming place for 4 people, situated right in the greenery. Compact yet warm and homely in its decor. From the bright living area, you can step straight into the peaceful garden, where a lovely terrace awaits with sun loungers for you to relax in. The terrace is surrounded by greenery, sheltered and partially covered, allowing you to sit outside at any time. The beds are made, and soft towels are already provided for you. From the forest chalet, you can easily step into the woods or heaths for a lovely walk or an excellent mountain biking route. The area offers plenty of tranquility, nature, and space, but also charming towns and fun activities. The picturesque towns of Hattem and Zwolle are nearby, where you can enjoy shopping, dining out, or having a drink on a terrace. The IJssel River and Veluwemeer Lake are also close by. On warm days, you can enjoy the beach or rent a boat for a relaxing day on the water. For fishing enthusiasts, the fish pond Tom’s Creek, just 5 minutes from the accommodation, comes highly recommended.

In the surrounding villages and towns, there are frequently markets and fun events during the summer. There is also plenty for children to enjoy, such as the subtropical swimming pool De Veldkamp, Ballorig Hattem, and the Gnome Forest.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
