A parking space reserved for you is right next to the terrace, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and departure. With a spacious living area of 75 square meters, the apartment is on the first floor and is pleasantly set back from the street, surrounded by well-maintained gardens that create a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. A common room is available for storing bicycles you bring with you.

The light-filled living and dining area is bright and cheerfully furnished and forms the heart of the apartment. Here you’ll find a cozy dining area that seats up to four people, complete with a high chair and child-friendly tableware, so families can feel completely at home.
