This spacious, completely renovated penthouse apartment offers 80 square meters of living space for up to 5 guests. It features a large living area, a separate open-plan American-style kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. A bright, spacious loggia invites you to relax.
The apartment is located in Steinheim-Höpfigheim and is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, motorcycling or city tours. Comfortable, quiet and perfect for families or small groups.
The holiday apartment offers a large living room with a leather sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the living area. From the living room, you can access the large balcony with partial roofing and modern rattan outdoor seating.
The modern, open-plan designer fitted kitchen in American style is fully equipped with breakfast bar, stainless steel stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, pots and high-quality dishes for at least 5 people.
The apartment features a large bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and satellite TV, as well as a second bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed for up to three people. In total, the apartment offers ample space for up to five guests. A cot can be provided upon request.
The spacious bathroom features a spa shower with massage jets and a modern washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.
