Welcome to our Fenomina vacation rental, quietly situated in the beautiful health resort of Kell am See.
Here you can relax, whether with your family or as a group; our vacation rental offers a total of 116 m² of living space, providing plenty of room to unwind and feel at home. You’re welcome to bring your dog(s) (max. 2).

There’s plenty of parking space in front of the house and a patio where you can barbecue (upon request). You can charge your e-bikes in front of the house; afterward, you can store them in the hallway or in the garage.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the charming reservoir, which you can walk around for a good 2 km.
Many hiking trails also start right near your vacation rental; the forest is just over 1 km away on foot.
Various recreational activities, such as horseback riding, a mini-soccer field, a wading pool (available during the summer months), a boardwalk across the Weyrichsbruch (a raised bog), and much more—as well as restaurants in the village itself and by the lake—round out the leisure offerings.
In town, you’ll find a supermarket, as well as a butcher shop and a bakery; in the summer, an ice cream parlor ensures that you can easily take care of your own needs.
It’s also a wonderful starting point for motorcyclists, hikers, and cyclists—through the Hochwald forest and the Moselle region. You’ll find more information in the vacation rental, from us, and, of course, at the tourist information office in Kell.
Places of interest:
Trier: Germany’s oldest city, about 30 km away. Here you’ll find, among other things, the Porta Nigra.
Saarburg: Here you’ll find a waterfall (right in the city center), an entertainment and mill museum, about 28 km away.
Luxembourg City: about 87 km away. It’s worth noting that public transportation is free for both residents and tourists.

Apartment, shower or bathtub, toilet, non-smoking:

Upon entering the vacation rental, you’ll find yourself in a spacious hallway where you can, for example, store your clothes and where you’ll also find cleaning supplies.
Go up the comfortable staircase to the first floor, where, on the right-hand side, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, to which an additional guest bed could also be added. There
is a closet, two nightstands with lamps and outlets for charging cell phones, and an alarm clock.
Across from the bedroom is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. You’ll also find a hair dryer here; shower gel and shampoo are provided as well.
From there, you’ll enter the spacious living/dining room (9 x 4 m), which is furnished with an armchair, a double sofa, a double sleeper sofa, a large dining table that seats up to 8 people, and a desk.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove (halogen), an oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, and a toaster. You’ll also find pots, pans, dishes, and the necessary cutlery. We provide a starter kit with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, etc.
From the kitchen, you can also access the balcony, which offers a view of the village.
There is also a laundry room where you’ll find cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, etc.; a washing machine (for a fee of €5.00 per load) is also available for use. Here you’ll also find two guest beds and a clothes rack.
Another staircase leads up to the attic. There is another bedroom there with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, as well as a closet, nightstands, and lamps. A fan is also available.
If you’re staying longer than 3 nights, you can request an additional towel package.

On-site costs: Prices include bed linens and towels, but do not include additional costs such as use of the washing machine and extra cleanings. The apartment is fully furnished. It’s also worth noting that a welcome package with coffee, tea, etc., is provided; you’ll also find spices, oil, salt, and pepper, etc., If you book for more than 7 nights, you can request a mid-stay cleaning for a fee of 64 €. The accommodation costs must be paid via bank transfer 7 days before your arrival, quoting the booking number.
