VILLA BARTOL - Bonaire Diving Villa

¡Bienvenido a Villa Bartol en la encantadora isla caribeña del sur de Bonaire! Villa Bartol se encuentra en la pequeña comunidad cerrada de Perla Boneriano en el barrio de Hato. Perla Boneriano es una comunidad cerrada de acceso restringido que consta de siete villas de lujo que rodean la piscina a solo unos pasos del patio delantero. La propiedad está salpicada de palmeras y flores, por lo que es un verdadero paraíso tropical.

La villa contiene las siguientes comodidades:

* Dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, armarios y cajas fuertes. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama King y el segundo dormitorio con una cama individual y una cama de tamaño completo.

* Ahora con DOS baños, cada uno con una gran ducha de azulejos

* Cocina completamente funcional con electrodomésticos estándar, platos, ollas / sartenes, utensilios, cafetera y microondas.

* Área de comedor con muebles cómodos con capacidad para cuatro a seis.

* Sala de estar con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, televisión por cable, reproductor de DVD e internet inalámbrico.

* Gran patio cubierto con cómodos muebles de teca, sofá y sillas, así como una parrilla de carbón. También incluye un lugar para colgar y secar el equipo de buceo.

* Casillero de buceo en el patio cubierto para guardar de manera segura el equipo de buceo durante la noche o fuera de la casa

* Bañera de enjuague con ducha exterior

* Estacionamiento fuera de la calle justo al lado de la villa y el área de enjuague de equipo y entrada trasera para permitir una fácil limpieza y almacenamiento de equipo de buceo

* Puertas seguras operadas por control remoto en la parte delantera de la propiedad

* Piscina justo afuera de la puerta principal

Great property in an ideal location for our trip and plans while in Bonaire. We love this complex and were delighted to find Villa Bartol was available for our dates.The owners were very responsive both before and during our holiday, providing all necessary information, answering any queries and resolving any issues very promptly. The property is as described and well kitted out - it felt like a home away from home!

This is an excellent location on Bonaire for a great diving trip. The location makes it great for accessing several of the dive shops and all dive sites. The pool and ample space to hang up gear makes it ideal to relax after a day of diving.

Great location and nice small community surrounding a central pool.

Very nice & clean Villa. Close to town, beaches & dive sites. Can get to shops & restaurants within 10 mins drive. We met several neighbors staying in the small Villa community. Communication with the owner & manager was quick & easy. Would highly recommend this Villa.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 8 days at Villa Bartol. It was just as the pictures and description showed. Gregg and Kathy were quickly responsive to every email, giving us information about the property, the island, cell phones, TV, taxes etc. The property was lovely, the pool delightful. Set up to accomodate divers, or not. Many excellent restaurants close by, but the house had a great kitchen and BBQ so we had many meals there as well. Cool breezes make the island comfortable to sit out on the patio in the evening. The other guests at other villas were quiet and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a great stay.

Great experience!

Clean with easy check in/out. All equipment in working order. Kitchen well supplied with utensils, cooking pots/pans, dishes, etc. Unit had brooms, mops, buckets, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and more. Many thoughtful items to facilitate the stay. Convenient location in a gated community. During the stay, owners even emailed to check that our stay was pleasant and offer any assistance. Look forward to returning!

Cozy, quiet, and comfortable!

This was a wonderful, relaxing week at Villa Bartol! The 12 unit gated condo community is lovely! The neighbors were friendly, and very helpful. It is nice to have on street and off street parking, and others were very aware of sharing their parking spaces inside. As a single woman here, I felt very safe! The condo has everything you could possibly need to stay there! It is roomy, comfortable furniture and beds! Kitchen small appliances of every type you might need, and dinnerware, utensils, and cookware were great! The WiFi and TV were excellent as well! The hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions. I was very pleased to be staying here, and will likely do it again!

De eigenaren kunnen veel dingen vernieuwen, veel in de villa is verouderden op sommige plekken doet het rommelig aan. De slaapkamers grenzen aan de weg waar wij veel last van hebben gehad. De communicatie met de eigenaren gaat snel en vriendelijk behalve als je kritiek hebt. Onze oven ging kapot gedurende ons verblijf. Dit werd heel snel opgelost.

Villa Bartol

The villa is spacious and well equipped. Climatisation in the rooms works very well. The outdoor furniture is in rather bad condition and should be replaced. The swimming pool was almost always dirty because it is cleaned only once a week. Due to the wind, the day after and the following days it is full of branches, leaves and dirt. We didn't use it at all. It's a pity because it is nice. Gregg and Kathy always respond quickly and were very accomodant with check in and check out times.

Place was neat and clean. Has a fence with beeper open/close gate and pool. I would recommend staying there. Location is with easy walk to Buddy Dive and Captain Don's

Great villa - Fantastic location

After an initial hiccup with checking in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bartol. The location was very convenient for Buddy Dive resort and the diving is amazing ! The villa was spacious and very well equipped and the complex well maintained and nice & private. Daniel the property manager popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok - we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great oasis!

Let’s start with the owners Gregg and Kathy: they always responded quickly and were so easy to work with. I was emailing with them prior to our arrival getting recommendations on diving and dining. Then during our vacation they contacted me to make sure everything was good. We had 1 AC unit that was acting up a little. I contacted them, service guy was out that day, problem fixed! Now the villa...absolutely fantastic!! I was worried I’d miss being on the ocean, but not at all. I enjoyed many peaceful hours sitting in a comfy lounger by the pool. Pool was refreshing to cool off in. I toured the other more famous resorts close by, so happy to have not stayed there. Everyone is packed in there with very little private outdoor space. At Villa Bartol you will truly enjoy your own little private oasis with the huge front porch and pool area right there. The inside has plenty of space with lots of closet space. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook basic meals. Two large bedrooms with two large bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4. Beds are super comfy. Check in and out was very easy with Lily. Location was excellent, a quick 5 minutes drive to downtown...or about 20 minutes walk. Several restaurants close by as well as a small grocery store. Loved being able to park right next to the villa, made loading and unloading dive gear very convenient. I can’t say enough good things about Villa Bartol. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Vacationing in Villa Bartol

Everything about Villa Bartol was as expected from the online description. A few minor maintenance issues but those issues were easily dealt with. The pool and pool area were a disappointment. The maintenance company could do a much better job at cleaning the pool. The pool area was a mess with all of the iguana feces on the edge of the pool. It kept the adults in our group from using the pool.

Very nice property; well maintained and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bartol. It is a quiet, relaxing, and secure "compound" in a convenient location. We would definitely stay there again. We were concerned that we might be disappointed in not being on the sea or having a sea view, but it did not preclude us from really enjoying our stay. That is not to say we did not miss those, but the lesser cost helped minimize that missing factor. While we did have 2 very minor issues with one shower only producing tepid water and a door knob coming loose, these were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. That the response was quick, says a lot about how the property is taken care of. If you are thinking of renting this property, I would definitely recommend it. Thanks you Kathy and Gregg, Alan Ketcha

Good location in Hato at the nothern tip of Kralendijk, just a short drive away from the city center. Owners, Gregg & Kathy, very helpful and available. Great house with all commodities, but would have appreciated mosquito nets over beds. Very good for divers, but also kite or windsurfers ( outside rinsing sink and shower )

Kathy and Gregg have been coming to Bonaire for over 35 years and are familiar with many restaurants, bars and diving on the island. Gregg is retired now but Kathy still has to work to support Gregg in the lifestyle he likes :-)

We chose this property because we wanted a quiet location away from the hustle of the big dive resorts yet still be close to all the activities serving Bonaire. Villa Bartol is about a 5 minute drive to Kralindik (20 min walk) yet is at the center of many diving operations. There are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Villa Bartol is part of a seven villa complex Perla Boneriano which is surrounded by fence with entry controlled with an electronic gate. This prime location is quiet yet very safe.
