If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea, the “Sommerwind” apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers a stylish retreat that perfectly combines comfort, spaciousness, and a prime location. Spanning an impressive 135 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to 6 people and 2 babies in travel cribs—ideal for families or a vacation with friends. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level (7 steps to the building entrance)

In total, there are 5 well-designed rooms available here, including 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—each with a shower, toilet, and sink—ensuring additional comfort and a relaxed atmosphere for everyone.

In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a dresser. From here, you can access the first bathroom and the adjoining living area, which is furnished with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 1.80 m), an armchair, and a TV, and offers space for spending time together.

The spacious kitchen-dining area, located to the right of the hallway, is fully equipped and perfect for cozy cooking evenings during your vacation. Here you’ll find an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. The dining table, which seats 6 people, is ideal for shared meals or a relaxing game night. In addition, another TV and a radio provide extra comfort.

A covered balcony with patio furniture extends the kitchen-dining area outdoors and invites you to relax there no matter the weather.

From the kitchen-living area, a staircase (14 steps) leads down to the basement level of this apartment. Here you’ll find three separate bedrooms, each stylishly furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.0 m), a wardrobe, a TV, and blackout curtains.
Downstairs, at the end of the hallway, you’ll pass through the utility room to reach the second shower room.

Practical amenities such as a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a clothes rack ensure order and comfort in your daily life. We’ve also made provisions for longer stays: a washer and dryer are available to you free of charge in the apartment.

Vacation in a prime location: The house is conveniently located at Poststraße 56. It’s just a short walk to the fine-sand beach. A flight of stairs leads you to the entrance area. Many of the apartments here have a balcony. Parking spaces are located right next to the building for you and the residents.

There is a bike rack on the property for the bikes you bring with you or rent. Bike tours are very popular along the beautiful Lübeck Bay! For example, you can cycle via Niendorf to Travemünde—the Brodten cliffs are a highlight for nature lovers! The idyllic Niendorf harbor is also not far away. Fancy a fish sandwich to go? Want to watch the fishing boats and take a short stroll? Then you’ve come to the right place. The exclusive boutiques in Timmendorfer Strand are just waiting for you to discover them. Right in the center, there’s a wide variety of restaurants where you’re sure to have a wonderful time. Treat yourself!
