The house provides 5 rooms in total, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area designed for shared time together. The open kitchen connects directly to the living room and dining area, creating a practical and sociable layout for everyday holiday life. A sofa corner, armchair, dining table and additional dining room offer ample space for meals, conversations and relaxed evenings. For added comfort in cooler seasons, the house is equipped with central heating, underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for self-catering with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Dish towels and an initial supply are provided. A washing machine for your own use, a drying rack and a vacuum cleaner support longer stays and make the house especially convenient for families.

Both bathrooms have windows and walk-in showers, and there are 2 showers in total. A cosmetic mirror and hairdryer are also available. Bed linen is provided. The house is allergy-friendly and features privacy screening for all windows, contributing to a pleasant and protected living atmosphere.

Outdoors, the enclosed plot offers a garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, a beach chair, parasol and a covered terrace as well as a balcony. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor meals. After a day by the sea, the private sauna invites you to unwind in complete privacy. Three TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi of 100 Mbit/s or more provide reliable entertainment and connectivity, and contactless check-in and check-out allow for a convenient arrival and departure.

Three free private parking spaces are available directly at the property. As the surrounding area offers many opportunities for beach visits, walking, cycling, jogging, Nordic walking, swimming, snorkelling, beach volleyball, fishing, shopping, sightseeing and wellness, a varied stay is easy to plan. Please note that youth groups are not permitted, and the use of a car is recommended.
