This beautiful and rustic chalet, lovingly restored a few years ago, offers space for up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms. Special highlights include the cozy kitchen-diner with a wood-burning stove, the rustic wellness area with a sauna and rain shower, the living room with an open fireplace, and the large, south-facing terrace, from which you (as from throughout the entire vacation home) have an unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains and, in winter, of the toboggan run and cross-country ski trails in Reit im Winkl.
On the first floor, the vacation home features a living room, a bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, and a very cozy kitchen-diner with a stove and a dining table that seats up to 12 people. The kitchen offers every convenience and is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, freezer, raclette grill, fondue set, waffle maker, and a stove with a ceramic cooktop.
On the first floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, a bathtub, and a shower, as well as a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed; the other three have large double beds; all rooms are equipped with dressers or closets, providing ample storage space.
The highlight of the basement: a TV room with a 65-inch (163 cm) screen and very comfortable sofas. The basement also features an additional restroom, a laundry room (with a washer and dryer), and a room with a large closet. Here you can also conveniently store your ski or hiking boots and all your gear. From this room, you also have direct access to the large garage, where you can store skis or sleds.
Your spot in the sun: The south-facing, spacious terrace made of natural Italian stone offers a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: patio furniture for up to 10 people, a gas grill, and a chic lounge set—everything you need for grilling, relaxing, dining, and more.

Another highlight is the new, modern wellness area. A large sauna with a window offers relaxation at the highest level. Right next door, a stylish relaxation room with comfortable daybeds and large, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains invites you to linger. A spacious shower area with a rain shower and Kneipp hose provides additional soothing refreshment—the perfect retreat after an active day in the mountains.
