The 65 m² suite features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. Generous windows bring the nature inside and thus merge into a harmonious whole.



The location is ideal for nature enthusiasts and athletes. Only 120 metres from the ski bus and with access to the Hauser Kaibling ski area just 3.5 km away, the suite offers perfect conditions for people with a desire for movement. In the surrounding area, you will find perfect tourist infrastructure, excellent gastronomy and nature in its clearest form. From the terrace (35 m²), you can enjoy a breathtaking view of mountains, garden and river. Another highlight is the private, integrated sauna, which guarantees well-being.



Special features include two private parking spaces directly at the building, WiFi, a laptop-friendly environment and the quiet, rural location. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The suite is excellently suited for couples, families or small groups seeking peace and a connection to nature.
