Enjoy your vacation in a lovingly furnished two-bedroom apartment on the 1st of a modernized Art Nouveau villa—quietly located yet just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the promenade. Wi-Fi is, of course, included!

The 95-square-meter unit consists of two apartments located right next to each other and can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with one or two small children. In total, there are three rooms: two combined living/bedroom areas with an integrated kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom. Both apartments feature a glassed-in porch overlooking the green garden—perfect for relaxing or reading.

The kitchens are fully equipped (including a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle). The sofas in the living areas can be converted into additional sleeping spaces if needed.

For young children, high chairs and travel cribs can be rented through the property management service (please bring your own bed linens). An initial set of bed linens and towels is included for all guests.

A free parking lot is located about 100 meters away; loading and unloading is possible right at the house. You can store your bicycles in the shed or simply rent them on-site—ideal for exploring the island from Peenemünde to Swinemünde.

And if the weather isn’t cooperating: The Ostseetherme spa offers relaxation—just be aware of the annual maintenance work in January.

These two apartments are ideal for 6 people—and possibly one or two small children—if you appreciate being just a short distance from the beach promenade as well as the center of Heringsdorf. The duplex apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa that has been meticulously modernized. Furnished in a modern and comfortable style, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The villa is located on a quiet side street. From the living room or the glass-enclosed veranda, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the garden, the meadow, and the other villas in the area.

Both apartments feature a glassed-in veranda overlooking the garden—a wonderful place to read, relax, or simply enjoy the surroundings.
