Thanks to its private dock, your vacation practically begins right at your doorstep: in the morning with a view of the water, and during the day with swimming, boat trips, or simply relaxing while sunbathing on the covered terrace.

Inside, a well-designed 33 m² living space awaits you, featuring a living room and an open kitchen that flows into the living area. A cozy sofa area, dining table, TV, and radio ensure comfort—whether you’re looking for a quiet evening or a day of vacation fun regardless of the weather. Wi-Fi and internet access are available, making it easy to plan even longer stays. Air conditioning in all living areas, along with electric heating, ensures a pleasant indoor environment year-round. Fly screens, sunshades, and privacy screens on all windows further enhance your comfort.
