Dünensand is a small, freestanding apartment, pleasantly secluded and offering a tranquility all its own. Compact and uncomplicated, it’s just right for anyone who likes to be close to the sea but still values their own space.

With about 28 m², the apartment accommodates up to three people and features a well-thought-out layout:
A separate, cozy bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the living area, with a sofa, armchair, and dining area, offers space for relaxing. If needed, the sofa bed can be pulled out to provide an additional sleeping space.

The built-in kitchenette is compact but fully equipped and offers everything you need for carefree days on Sylt.

The bathroom has a harmonious design and features a shower, a toilet, and a skylight that lets in pleasant natural light.

Outside, there’s a garden with seating and a beach chair—a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and wind down at the end of the day.

The beach is just a few steps away, the Südwäldchen begins practically around the corner, and the bike path runs very close by—perfect for a ride around the island or simply a short trip down to the water. The bus stop is also just a few meters away.

Parking is also available.
