This exceptionally beautiful 3-bedroom vacation apartment invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable vacation in Scharbeutz. The promenade and the beach are just a few steps away (less than 100 meters). With two bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, there’s plenty of room here for four people to spread out.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The living area features a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is modern and features a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and everything you need on vacation.

The spacious bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. To ensure it’s neither too bright nor too warm while you sleep, you can close the electric exterior shutters throughout the entire apartment. In addition, the entire apartment is equipped with fly screens. The bathroom offers a relaxing atmosphere, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a washing machine.

Outside, a lovely, sheltered south/west-facing terrace with attractive furniture and an awning invites you to relax and soak up the sun. The spa gardens are located right nearby. Across the street, you’ll find a bike rental shop, an artificial turf mini-golf course, and a children’s playground.
An underground parking space (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.98 m) is included with the apartment, as is a lockable basement storage area that provides ample space for bicycles, handcarts, or similar items. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.


Complex:

The modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building C, is located in the heart of Scharbeutz. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
