The Möwenschiss Floating House is a detached vacation home on the water within a vacation resort—ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet, fresh sea air, and a special retreat. With 44 m², two bedrooms, and a total of four sleeping spots, it offers space for couples, families, and friends who appreciate romantic days by the lake just as much as an active vacation. Located right on the lake, you can enjoy lake views and sweeping vistas of the surrounding landscape from the house—perfect for leaving everyday life behind.

The living area is cozily furnished with a sofa nook, dining area, and dining table. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable climate; in addition, a fireplace/stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Wi-Fi, TV, and radio are available for relaxing moments. Privacy screens on all windows and fly screens enhance your comfort, even when you’d like to let nature in with the windows open.

The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic-glass stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Dish towels, a trash can, and a starter kit are provided—as are bed linens and towels—so your vacation can begin right away.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and a window. Outside, the covered patio with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a sunshade is the perfect spot for breakfast by the water or to wind down at the end of the day. Safety equipment such as smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided.
