In this 44 m² space, you’ll enjoy the special feeling of arriving at a quiet, somewhat secluded property while still having everything you need for a comfortable stay right at your fingertips. Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two or relaxing days as a small family: Up to 4 people will find plenty of space in 2 bedrooms and a total of 3 rooms to breathe deeply, unwind, and spend time together.

The bright living area, with its sofa and cozy sitting nook, invites you to read, play games, or watch TV. Thanks to air conditioning and heating, the Floatinghouse Nike is comfortable year-round, while fly screens and privacy shades on all windows ensure undisturbed peace and quiet. Wi-Fi, a radio, and a convenient coat rack round out the interior.

The open kitchen is directly connected to the living room and is ideal for cooking together without losing touch. Equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils, everything you need is provided—including a starter kit and dish towels. Breakfast at the dining table, with a view of the outdoors, quickly becomes a favorite moment.

Outside, the covered patio awaits with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and shade—perfect for long afternoons, a drink in the evening, or simply relaxing while watching the water.
