Impresionante patio trasero en el corazón de Paradise Valley. Esta increíble casa y patio descansan en la base de la prestigiosa y popular Camelback Mountain, cerca del sendero Cholla.

Esta es una propiedad increíble en una ubicación privilegiada de Paradise Valley con un lago, un arroyo, una cancha de bochas, un estanque koi, una cancha de tenis, una sala de ejercicios 5 dormitorios, 4 baños y acres de instalaciones deportivas (NOTA: se accede a la 5ª habitación a través del dormitorio principal). Tenemos un total de 6 camas con la opción de colchones de aire adicionales para más huéspedes.

Esta es una casa de rancho de estilo californiano construida en los años 60 que irradia calidez y encanto. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, estufa de gas de 4 quemadores, encimeras de granito, isla central grande y gabinetes a medida. La habitación familiar cuenta con una mesa de billar y TV de 60 pulgadas. Las habitaciones han sido recientemente renovadas y remodeladas teniendo en cuenta la comodidad de los huéspedes con lujosas sábanas de spa para la ropa de cama. La cama king y las camas queen de California son geniales y sorprendentemente cómodas.

Las puertas del dormitorio principal se abren a los exuberantes jardines y la espectacular piscina de agua salada. El área de lavandería se completa con lavadora y secadora de carga frontal (vainas de limpieza incluidas). Otras características de la casa incluyen una piscina, mesa de billar y piano de media cola.

La mitad trasera de la propiedad cuenta con un lago, un arroyo bordeado de lirios, cancha de baloncesto, cancha de tenis, cancha de voleibol, mesa de ping pong, huerto, cítricos, estanque koi y lago lleno de bagre. Esta es una casa acogedora y acogedora en el entorno más increíblemente tranquilo.

El pabellón de tenis es una instalación de 2000 pies cuadrados al lado de la cancha de tenis que está disponible a una tarifa adicional de $ 400 por día, ya que requiere más refrigeración y mantenimiento más allá de la casa principal. El pabellón tiene una cocina separada, área de TV, baños y vestuarios. Hay una tarifa única de limpieza de $ 100 para todos los alquileres de pabellones.

La cancha de tenis se puede reservar solo por pedido especial. No hay tarifa adicional para usar la corte.

El vecindario

Este es un barrio muy tranquilo y privado. La casa está cerrada para la máxima seguridad. La casa está perfectamente situada si le interesa andar en bicicleta, caminar o caminar. Los lotes circundantes están en parcelas de 5 acres, por lo que hay mucha privacidad y paz en el patio trasero.
La casa está a solo una milla del Sanctuary Resort, Phoenician Resort y Montelucia Resort ... todos los cuales tienen galardonados restaurantes y spas.

También está a solo dos cuadras de la carretera Cholla, que es el punto de partida para el sendero Cholla hasta Camelback Mountain.

Moverse

Perfect.

What a great stay, I didn't want to leave. However I'm a bit biased due to my affinity for Arizona in general, but this house was absolutely amazing. The homeowner was quick to respond to questions/concerns regarding the property and Clete was always available if needed. The property including the pool are well maintained with routine service. You definitely get an oasis feel when you are staying here. Would highly recommend!

Not what we were hoping for

We were drawn to this house by the beautiful pictures of the grounds. We were disappointed in the house when we got there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tired and there were cleanliness issues (a dirty tissue and q-tip in a cabinet, mold on the counters and sinks, soap scum in the showers, stains on the toilet, stains on a comforter). There were enough things that we were uncomfortable. We were going to stay anyway until there were some issues with flies (there was no fly swatter and the vacuum was so clogged there was no suction so we had no way to get rid of them) and there was a large cockroach in the main bathroom. My parents left after seeing the cockroach. We were in communication with the owner and property manager (we expected him to be there but it was obvious he was not around that night) and they were responsive and said they would work on getting pest control and housekeeping scheduled. My husband and I stayed the first night because we figured it was too late to do anything else. The next day the owner contacted us and offered to refund us for any unused nights if we wanted to leave. This was a HUGE relief and we were so appreciative that they were willing to do that. We ended up getting out of the house before checkout time thinking we would get 6 of the 7 nights refunded. Unfortunately that is not the end of the story. Not long after we left, the owner asked for pictures detailing the issues we had described with the cleanliness. We sent 10-15 photos showing all of the things we noticed. She then started saying things like she had assumed there was more trash than what the pictures showed (this really bothered me because especially in the times we are living in now, there is no acceptable level of trash). They also said they found no flies in the house and asked if they were gnats instead of flies which they were not. It was clear that they were downplaying the issues we had and it was insulting. The owner then said we needed to cancel our stay in the VRBO app in order for us to be refunded. We tried several times and could find no way to do this. After some back and forth the owner was able to cancel for us but it was after check out time that day so they dropped our refund to 5 days instead of 6. Overall, the grounds are beautiful and some of the house has been updated but the cleanliness issues and stressful back and forth with the owner ruined a lot of our trip and was enough for us to stay away from VRBOs in the future

Making Memories

This experience was wonderful. We rented the property with our 7 adult children/spouses. Everyone had an amazing time. We cooked, played outdoor activities and relaxed. So many memories made! Our family plans to rent the property again and again. GREAT LOCATION. So much to do on the property! Kitchen had all the tools and supplies to make meals for our crew. LOVED this VRBO experience.

This places ROCKS!

The house is extremely well stocked from spices, coffee, pots and pans to popcorn! The grounds are unbelievable. You feel like you have your own resort with a pool, volleyball court, fishing pond, tennis court, basketball court and so many fun places to sit and enjoy. Will definitely go back!

Hidden Gem

The house is spacious and comfortable. Great beds, nicely equipped kitchen...basically everything you need for a couple of days or couple of weeks. Fantastic location! less than 5 minutes to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale, multiple golf courses, and many great restaurants and night life. And the biggest surprise of all...the backyard! It was like having our own private park. Basketball, tennis, volleyball, bocce, billiards, ping pong, swimming, ponds, wildlife, and gorgeous manicured, landscaping. We spent most of our time outside. Simply amazing! This is a great place to bring your family!

Playground in Paradise Valley

This property was exactly what we had hoped for. The yard is a park with just about anything you could ask for. Great tennis court, pond, beach volleyball, basketball, and always the pool! I only left the house twice in a week's stay, once to climb nearby Camelback and once to visit the store. Our grandkids were in heaven! Thank you Hollye for sharing your place with us. And thanks to Clete for fine tuning the pool temperature, always being available, and cooking up a great taco bar on our last night. Huge memories were made on this visit.

Enjoyable stay in Scottsdale

We and another family stayed at this property for 5 days. It was a true oasis in the desert. It was lush and green and the outdoor space was stunning and magnificent! It was so refreshing to see our kids play outdoors with all the activities available at this property (fishing, swimming, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, hiking, etc). Hollye and Clete were very receptive to our needs. The house was well maintained and had many amenities that made our stay seemless and enjoyable. Property is very close to shopping , Camelback mountain, and stores/restaurants. Would highly recommend for families.

Truly an oasis

The grounds of this property are outstanding. We enjoyed each feature from the swimming pool, volleyball and basketball courts, tennis court, fishing pond and viewing the koi pond with our adult children and grandchildren. Hollye was very communicative and Clete, the on-site property manager was helpful when needed. Location is great. Others have said you never have to leave and they are correct.

Peaceful and Beautiful

We loved it - could not have been better - might be good to add DVD player and crock pot to small appliances for renters to use but other than that this was a wonderful respite for us - we would have loved to have been able to stay longer - teens enjoyed weight room, pool and bicycles while I was at Mayo for testing and treatment. Family paradise

A few comments about the quality of the people you are dealing with.We headed down for a 2 week stay with kids and grand kids. One of my grandchildren got very sick so we were delayed arriving by 2 days. The owners refunded the 2 days without even being asked. Then corona hit and we had to leave after 5 days. Again a full refund no questions asked even though the cancellation policy did not require them to do so. You don’t get better people than this. Now the house. Location is perfect. Close to the camelback trail head and a short drive to old town scottsdale and all the amenities and fun scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer. The house is a little old school Arizona . Not to say it is not nice , it is . Big rambling home with big bedrooms , comfy beds, great areas for kids and adults to separate and relax. Nice , well equipped kitchen and dining area. The best is the outdoors . Absolutely spectacular. Beautifully kept. Fruit laden orange trees.perfect warm pool the kids never got out of. Tennis , basketball, bocce ,table tennis, beach volleyball. Endless fun for families. Beautiful outdoor seating and eating areas . I can’t say enough about this place and we will be back.

Great property with amazing grounds and tons of amenities

Great property with a ton of activities including pool table, pool, tennis, basketball, table tennis, bocce ball, etc. This is a great place to host a big group of people and have something for everyone to do. We grilled out and hung out by the fire pit which was a great hangout. Will come back again for sure.

Paradise indeed!

I really cannot say enough good about this property. Our group of six enjoyed the house and grounds for a golf trip among good friends. We played all of the sports in the "athletic complex" in the back yard every day. Our favorite times, though, were just sitting by the gas fire pit or wading in the heated pool. Having Clete on-site to help out was a great part of this as he was very responsive to our requests for turning on court lights, etc. Our only request for an addition some day would be to have lights for the volleyball court as it was dark by 5:30 PM this time of year. We plan to return here every year to enjoy this amazing home and property.

Over the Moon property!

An amazing location with everything one could possibly need...want! Property owner and property manager were both easily accessible and more than accommodating, making the booking process and stay easy and enjoyable! Stayed for a quick 4 days and wishing we had more time to simply take in and enjoy all this property has to offer! The listing is accurate however the pictures do not do it justice! Everything from the pool to the tennis courts to the basketball court etc are pristine, fully equipped and ready to use day or night! Bring the extended family and enjoy!! Highly recommend!

Greenery in the Desert!

Beautiful location with lots of lush greenery and scenic views right in the backyard! Plenty of space for hanging out and playing games. There truly is no need to leave the property unless you want to because there is plenty to explore and do. Absolutely Incredible

It's hard to put into words what this property is like. The pictures show you some of the grounds but not all of it. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice Big Kitchen and Dining area, recreational room with a pool table and big screen. There's a great patio by the pool with a large sectional and an outdoor TV....but the highlight of the property is the fire pit and the area around the fire pit. The pit is huge and has seating for 20+ around it. It's right outside of the outdoor entertainment room which is wired with Sonos and has 2 TVs. We were able to all sit around outside and watch sports on TV while enjoying the beautiful property and great weather. The on-site property manager is a rock star. A couple of nights we texted to let him know we wanted to hang out by the fire pit. When we arrived back at the house the pit was going, the TVs were on, and we didn't have to lift a finger. Hollye was great to work with on the booking and getting our information for arrival and Clete (property manager) was amazing while we were on site. I cannot wait to stay at this amazing property again! It's perfect for a family outing, corporate trip, guys golf trip, etc.

My husband and I moved to Park City by way of Austin, Scottsdale and Venice Beach. Will is originally from Alaska and I am from Phoenix. We are both visual artists. I am a professional photographer and Will is a visual effects artist working in the movie industry. We have rented from VRBO for our own personal travel and are excited for the opportunity to give back to the traveler community and allow other guests to stay at our home.

My father is the co-owner and is the one who plays tennis on the court three days a week. You'll see him and his crew on the court if you're staying at the home. Feel free to say hi if you see him on the court. He's very welcoming and love to chat with guests.

If you have a group who likes to be outdoors this place is paradise. The sports opportunities alone are worth the booking. We have tennis, pickleball, basketball, a pool, volleyball court, bocce ball court, the activities are endless. You won't want to leave the property.

Privacy and room to explore, play and relax in Paradise Valley. Close to all the nightlife, spas, golf, and amazing restaurants in Scottsdale. There is something in this location for everyone.
