Estilo toscano, 3 nivel Villa. Cinco dormitorios (con baño privado), un dormitorio extra de bonificación, 3 terrazas al aire libre, 2 gran nivel principal y patios de nivel inferior, amueblado. 3 chimeneas naturales, 2 chimeneas de gas. Gran sala de teatro, sala de juegos grande con cocina completa, mesa de billar, bola de jugadores, 14 pies de tejo y una sauna. Sala de estar en el nivel superior con TV de 60 pulgadas y una terraza. Cocina gourmet y desayuno terraza acristalada con chimenea y vista de nuestro viñedo y bodega. Salón comedor con barra americana. Gran sala de estar con chimenea de 20 metros con 3 juegos de puertas francesas que se abren a la gran terraza cubierta amueblada. 2 cuartos de lavado. Sistema de sonido en toda la casa y fuera. Camino privado a la casa con ambiente privado. Wifi.
Por encima de los jardines de tierra con vegetales frescos. Huerta de fruta y 400 arbustos de arándanos, moras silvestres y nuestra bodega un corto paseo por el viñedo de la colina. Un montón de caminar / senderismo disponibles en la propiedad y en las colinas de Eola. Diseñamos y construimos nuestra casa y nos mudamos en 2003. Vivimos aquí 6 meses al año. Plantamos nuestro viñedo en 2001, construimos nuestra Bodega en el 2007 y lo hicimos todo el paisaje a lo largo del camino. The villa is a beautiful property. James greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the house. We had 5 couples for our visit to Willamette Valley. The house suited us well, each couple had their own bathroom. We enjoyed dining on the upper screened porch with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the heated spa each evening. James was very helpful at answering our questions. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property that we rented for my parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents to stay during my wedding in Newberg. They absolutely loved it there. James was super nice and gave them a long tour of the property and made sure they were comfortable. My nephews and nieces loved the space to run around and the hot tub! Such a great place for loved ones to get together.

A Fabulous Stay

This property was very well located for doing wine tastings though out the valley. Lots of things to do at the house, just wish we had left more time to enjoy it.

Incredible experience at a wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our group of 11 adults. The game room was amazing and perfect for us to hang out in! We were close to a bunch of wineries. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality home, Allen and Jill gave precise instructions

Perfect home for the 6 of us that golfed, toured wineries and had a great chef, Wendy. Methven wines were top rated. So glad we found this place.

High-End Vacation Home

Gorgeous home with spectacular views. Pool is great and the views make it better. The onsite winery is great for the adults. Home has a great theater and lots of activities in the basement (shuffle board, billiards, fooseball). Great home to gather the family for quality time.

Wine Country Retreat

Large, lovely property. Excellent for a large group. 2nd time staying here. Housekeeping could use some attention. Lots of lightbulbs out and dripping faucets. Property manager is very accommodating.

What a wonderful stay

If you are looking for a place to relax that has all the amenities that you would every want, this is your place. We had 10 of us that were going to and from different wineries and our entire group was incredibly happy. The owners are fabulous -- extremely accommodating and helpful. Our entire group decided to go back in a few years and we will look no further than this home.

Gorgeous wine escape

Beautiful house and property. We stayed with a group of 5 couples, which worked perfectly with 5 bedrooms with attached baths. The house is huge, so there was a ton of space for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved all the games in the basement and watched a football game in the theater. James was welcoming and very responsive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect for a milestone birthday celebration!

The villa Gould not have been more perfect for our group. The bedrooms were large, the meeting areas through the property were comfortable and inviting, the kitchen was set up well for s large group and the pool/lanai made enjoying the outdoors a must! Jill and Allen were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Even better than expected!

This estate is truly outstanding and very private. The property is amazing and the amenities are even better. I've stayed at a lot of homes on VRBO over the years and this one is one of those unique finds...and on a winery property no less! Outstanding home and very gracious hosts. Highly recommend.

Allen is a Dentist in Dundee and has built many dental buildings/clinics and mentored many young students and Dentists in his career. He is a longstanding member of Rotary and has made 15 trips to Guatemala working in the mountain villages doing dental work on the children and families there. He is a beekeeper and has 10 active hives from which honey is harvested and a jar will be left for your personal enjoyment. If it is available. Jill was a business consultant before the property was purchased. Allen and Jill have 5 beautiful children all grown up and on their own. They are a very close family and get together throughout the year. Jill and Allen spend 3 to 4 months in Maui where they have lived part time for about 18 years. They travel extensively for their wine business, visiting their national markets in HA, NY, Florida, New Orleans, Alaska and Michigan, Atlanta and 3 new states. Allen grew up in Washington and Jill in California. Both are very active in their communities, McMinnville, Dundee and Newberg.

This is a unique property in that it is surrounded by vineyards and has views of the Valley and the Cascades with no subdivisions in sight. Very private yet close to everything you need. We were looking for property for a few years and then found this perfect location by chance as it was not listed at the time. It was 100% raw land and gave us the challenge and opportunity to create our own home, landscaping, vineyards and winery. Jill grew up in the country on a horse ranch/farm and Allen loves living on and off the land and large open spaces.
As soon as we saw this property, we knew we had found what we were looking for.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location of this rolling hills property in the heart of wine country, the beautiful spacious villa, pastoral, mountain and vineyard views, pool, hot tub sauna and the many amenities. Many comment they feel they are in Tuscany and are able to easily relax and take in the local attractions within 15 minutes. There is no comparable sight in the region as far as the size of the Villa and the tranquil privacy it offers. Leave the property and enjoy Oregon's many wineries and highly rated restaurant scene. Attend a downtown open market with local vendors showcasing their fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, art etc. Come home and BBQ by the pool, enjoying local wines or Oregon Brews and the local fare. Oregon is known for its amazing array of fresh produce and the berry scene is abundant! The children can safely walk to the blueberry patch and pick while you enjoy the evening by the pool and BBQ. There are fruit trees and fruit available for the picking when in season. You may just want to pick some fresh herbs to cook with from our garden or grab a tomato or two to go along with the fresh herbs. You can also help yourself to the fresh vegetables if they are ready to pick as well.
We are only one hour from the Coast and one hour from Portland! Smack dab in the middle of wine country.
