The Location
Apartment 13 (Elbe 1) is located on a low-traffic street, right in the heart of Cuxhaven Duhnen and just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach (approx. 150 m) and the promenade, with its shops and restaurants.

The vacation apartment, with approximately 45 m² of living space (on the 1st floor), is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. 1 living room with a dining area by the window, sofa/sofa bed, armchair, 1 flat-screen TV, 1 DVD player, kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, small oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave),1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet, hallway with a coat rack, bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and mirror, elevator in the building, non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed, underground parking space in the building.

Special Features
Free Wi-Fi is available. Elevator in the building. From May through approximately October (depending on the beach chair rental company), a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach. Enjoy the location right in the center of Cuxhaven Duhnen. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Enjoy the spaciousness and openness of our vacation rental and the relaxing atmosphere by the North Sea.
Due to construction work on Wehrbergsweg (across from the “Haus Elbe 1” property), there may unfortunately be some construction noise. If this causes any inconvenience, please feel free to contact us.
