A friendly, quiet, and spacious 1.5-room apartment awaits you in the basement of a single-family home in the Montabaur-Elgendorf neighborhood. A parking space is available in front of the house on private property. This vacation rental is located on the edge of the Nassau Nature Park, just about 26 km from Koblenz (Rhine) and 28 km from Limburg (Lahn). Höhr-Grenzhausen, the center of the Kannenbäckerland region, is 15 km away.



2-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace:

The 45 m² apartment shares the building’s main entrance. From there, you enter the self-contained apartment, which features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet in the basement. A covered wooden terrace leads out to the garden. All rooms are connected. The kitchenette includes a breakfast bar. One corner of the living area is set up as an office/work area. The hot water supply is decentralized. The bathroom with shower and toilet has electric ventilation. You’ll be woken up by the morning sun—hopefully as often as possible. Blackout blinds are available.



On-site costs: Payment is due on-site on the day of arrival. Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
