The spacious living area, featuring a cozy sofa nook and a flat-screen TV, invites you to unwind. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to four people for shared meals. The separate sleeping area with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights and offers additional privacy thanks to the visual partition.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as a microwave with convection and grill functions. The modernized bathroom with a shower and glass partition rounds out the pleasant living experience.
A very limited number of parking spaces are available at the house and can only be used on a first-come, first-served basis. When the property is fully occupied, the Wi-Fi signal (in-house connection) may be unstable.
