This modern studio apartment offers a relaxing stay on the 2nd floor, featuring 36 m² of living space, including an approximately 6 m² east-facing balcony.
The light-filled living area features a cozy sofa nook and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the magnificent view of the lake first thing in the morning while having breakfast. The open kitchen area is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, dishes, and silverware. You’ll also have access to an oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
The double bed measures approximately 180 x 200 cm and is visually separated from the rest of the living area by a wall.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 17) in the building.
You can park your bicycles in the bicycle storage room in the underground parking garage.

In the immediate vicinity of our complex, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building from March through November 2026. During this time, construction noise and occasional dust are to be expected. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you despite the construction work. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
