This sunny two-room apartment on the fourth floor offers a cozy home with an ideal floor plan. The spacious and bright living area invites you to linger. From the living room, you have direct access to the northwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air and floods the room with natural light.
The adjoining bedroom is a peaceful retreat, furnished with two single beds. The fold-out bed in the living room provides a third sleeping spot. The hallway in the entryway leads to the practical, small shower room, which is functional and well-designed. The kitchen is also separate and accessible from the hallway. Here you’ll find an apartment that impresses with both its brightness and its cozy atmosphere. Ideal for singles or couples with a child looking for a quiet and inviting home.

The “Bellvedere” house is in an ideal vacation location—just under 150 meters from the beach and right on the main promenade! In fact, the house is an excellent starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all within walking distance. A bakery, a bike rental shop, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym can also be found within 800 meters.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, so you’ll have plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: You can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.
