Vacation Apartment 03 in the Residenz von Flotow vacation complex is a cozy 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the first floor on the south side of the building and features a beautiful terrace. The floor is covered with designer flooring. In the open living area, you’ll find a modern double sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) that comfortably sleeps 2 people, a matching armchair and coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.

The dining area is furnished with a large, sturdy table and 4 chairs. The exclusive kitchenette offers everything you need: a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm) and a TV. The closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed.

You can park your car safely in the designated outdoor parking space. There is a bike storage room in the building for bicycles. The washer and dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee. The beach is about 600 meters away.

A separate bike storage room is available for storing your bicycles. On the first floor of the building, you’ll also find a room with coin-operated washers and dryers. The beach is approximately 600 m away. You can park your car safely in the on-site outdoor parking lot.

The residence’s ideal location offers short walks to the long white beach, the promenade, and the pier in Germany’s oldest seaside resort on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro.
