This small vacation home is about a 30-minute walk from a natural beach and is perfect for long bike rides. Spanning 53 m², the single-level layout features a living area, a kitchen with a dining nook, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The furnished, northeast-facing terrace invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.

The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm). For entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a radio are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the vacation home.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 cooking zones), an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. A roller blind is available to block out the light.

The naturally lit bathroom, which features a shower and toilet, includes a vanity with a lighted mirror and a hair dryer. The hallway, kitchen, and bathroom have tile floors. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring.
