Vacation Apartment 03 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 66 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Enjoy relaxing moments on the furnished north-facing terrace. The vacation rental features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, offering space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 meters away.

The living area of the vacation rental is furnished with a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player. Enjoy cozy evenings here. You can connect to the property’s Wi-Fi for free. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. With a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, this kitchen has everything you need. Of course, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are also available here.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The flat-screen TV is perfect for entertainment. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The sleeper sofa in the living area of the vacation rental quickly converts into a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people (140 x 200 cm). The sleeping areas are equipped with pleated blinds and curtains for blackout.

The modern shower room is comfortably furnished with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. The apartment has tile flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in underground parking space No. 03. You can store your own or rented bicycles safely in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

The Linden-Palais complex, newly built in 2016, is located directly on the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm.

This exclusive vacation complex blends seamlessly into the sophisticated and traditional seaside resort architecture of the famous “String of Pearls.” There are 39 vacation apartments spread across 3 floors. All vacation apartments are easily accessible by elevator and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can safely park your car in the included underground parking space.

A separate bike storage room in the underground garage is available for storing your bicycles. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your doorstep.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
