Vacation Apartment No. 03 at Villa Schwan is a 108 m² three-room apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea and a south-facing balcony that sleeps up to four people (2 people in a double bed and 2 people on a sleeper sofa). Children aged 12 and older are also welcome.

Villa Schwan was completed in the spring of 2022. It is one of the seven lodging facilities in the Perlenkette complex and has since offered comfortable vacation apartments in a prime location right next to the Grandhotel Heiligendamm.

In this luxurious vacation apartment, exclusive and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The spacious 3-room vacation apartment, facing south, north, and west, is located on the first floor of Villa Schwan and offers you a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea—the Baltic Sea beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, a bedroom, a study and guest room, a bathroom with a tub, and a guest bathroom with a shower. On the south-facing balcony, you can start your morning with a wonderful breakfast and enjoy the sun almost all day long.

From the living-dining area, you can look out over the beach promenade, the pier, and the entire Baltic Sea. The apartment’s two bay windows are located on the west and northwest sides, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful evening atmosphere and an unobstructed panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the beach.

The large, north-facing living room offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the beach, and the pier. Enjoy the view of the wonderful sunset in the evening hours. The high-quality and exclusive furnishings from Hülsta and Rolf Benz create a stylish and cozy atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and an LG soundbar are available for your entertainment. The TV connects via fiber-optic internet. You can access Magenta TV and the media libraries of individual TV channels, as well as YouTube or your own internet TV apps. With Magenta TV, you have access to a vast selection of national and international channels. A decorative fireplace, free Wi-Fi, and a landline phone round out the amenities in the living area.

The fully equipped, spacious Siematic kitchen with Miele appliances—refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven with microwave, induction cooktops—as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—leaves nothing to be desired for your comfort.

The large double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the bedroom is equipped with spring mattresses from Hülsta, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Several large wardrobes are available for storing your clothes.

The large guest room or study features a sleeper sofa (180 x 200 cm) and can be used as an additional sleeping area for up to 2 people.

The two bathrooms, finished in Bianco Perlino marble, are equipped with a large walk-in shower and a large bathtub, vanity units with ample counter space and Dornbracht fixtures, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.

Parquet flooring is installed throughout the apartment. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in all living areas.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

As a special perk, as a resident of one of the “Perlenkette” apartments, you can book Grand Hotel services—such as breakfast, the spa, or the kids’ club—directly at the Grand Hotel by reservation. You will receive an access card that grants you access to the public areas of the hotel grounds.

Since the “Perlenkette” in Heiligendamm is constantly evolving, construction activities on the neighboring property or in the immediate vicinity may cause some disruption. This has already been taken into account in the pricing of the rental terms.

You can park your car safely in an outdoor parking space. You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room in the basement.
