Welcome to our “Vacation Rental 1”—your cozy vacation home at “Haus Lüttje Nest” on Langeoog. This modern two-room apartment with a terrace accommodates two people (and a small child, if needed) and is ideal for couples or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Just a few minutes’ walk and you’ll be at the popular Höhenpromenade with sweeping views of the North Sea!

Start your day off right with a relaxing vacation breakfast. In your mind, you’re already packing your beach bag or backpack for a walk along the beach. In the modern, separate kitchen, you can easily prepare small snacks for your outing or delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic stove, a mini-oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, espresso pod machine, etc.).

The cozy living room with a couch and armchair invites you to relax and read. A radio, a selection of board games, and free Wi-Fi provide additional entertainment.

Enjoy the warm sunshine and crisp North Sea air on the shared terrace with garden. It’s the perfect spot to relax on a lounge chair or sit together comfortably at the garden table.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A closet provides space for your vacation wardrobe. There is also a functional coat rack in the hallway.

After a day spent enjoying the fresh North Sea air, you can unwind in peace in the small, well-maintained bathroom with natural light and enjoy a refreshing shower. It also features a sink, toilet, lighted mirror, and hair dryer.

Our “Vacation Apartment 1” is also ideal for people with allergies. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain laminate, and the unit is pet-free and smoke-free.

A crib and high chair are available for our youngest guests.

Notes: The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a steep staircase (see photo). A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for shared use. A clothes rack and an ironing board/iron are also provided.

A relaxing North Sea vacation, centrally located and close to the beach!

Welcome to our “Vacation Apartment 1,” located in “Haus Lüttje Nest.” Here you’ll be staying right near the charming town center of Langeoog. In just about 3 minutes, you can reach the heart of the island village (e.g., the main street), where small shops, cafés, and restaurants invite you to stroll and take a break.

The popular elevated promenade is also just about a 14-minute walk away. Since the promenade runs directly along the high dunes, you’ll enjoy an impressive view of the North Sea—from the colorful beach chairs far below on the beach all the way to the distant horizon. On the adjacent main beach, you can enjoy miles of open space, white sand, and wonderful swimming opportunities.

The main attractions of the car-free island of Langeoog can be easily explored on foot or by bike. The water tower, the island’s landmark, is located right next to the house. If you climb to the top, a fantastic panoramic view of Langeoog and the Wadden Sea awaits you.
