Welcome to Friesenauszeit —your lovingly furnished corner townhouse, where up to 5 people can enjoy quality family time in 69 square meters of space.
As soon as you walk in, the entryway invites you to take off your jackets and leave everyday life behind—your vacation can begin.
From here, you enter the bright, spacious living room, which is flooded with natural light through large windows, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Whether it’s cozy evenings on the sofa or in the two armchairs in front of the TV, reading a good book while looking out at the shared garden, or spending time together chatting—everyone feels right at home here.
The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and fun game nights. Books, games, and a hi-fi system are all at your disposal to make every moment special.
From here, you can step out onto the beautiful terrace, where you can relax under the awning and enjoy the view of the garden.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need if you’d like to cook for yourself.
On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and a washing machine (for a fee via a coin-operated machine).
A staircase leads to the upper floor.
The first bedroom features a comfortable wooden bed (180 x 200 cm) with twin mattresses, nightstands, and a spacious closet.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed, a desk for writing vacation mail, and a single bed for relaxing.
An additional guest restroom ensures comfort even at night.
For our youngest guests, a crib, a high chair, a Trip Trap chair, a changing pad, and a safety rail for the single bed are provided —everything has been thought of here to ensure families feel completely at home.
A private parking space right next to the house, blackout curtains, and a storage room for bicycles round out the amenities.
Three adult bicycles (28 inches) and two children’s bicycles (20 inches) are also available for your use. They are provided free of charge and are not included in the booking. Use is at your own risk.
The Friesenauszeit is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where memories are made, laughter is shared, and family time is a top priority. Here, no wish goes unfulfilled.
Wi-Fi is a complimentary extra and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
