Villa Yasjö is located near Eriksboda in the region of Blekinge, surrounded by a peaceful pine forest and only about 90 metres from Lake Yasjön. It offers the perfect combination of nature, tranquillity and comfort.

The house provides around 130 square metres of living space for up to six guests. It features three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and an additional utility room with WC. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

A central fireplace adds warmth and comfort, especially during cooler days. Instead of a traditional TV, the house offers a projector with screen for cosy movie nights. WiFi is available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self-catering, including dishwasher, oven and both filter coffee and Senseo machines. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

Outside, a large garden of around 2,000 m² offers plenty of space to relax. There is a terrace, seating areas, a barbecue and a fire pit. At the lake, a private dock with rowing boat is available.

The wood-fired sauna provides additional relaxation after a day outdoors.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and foraging. The lake offers excellent fishing opportunities.

Nearby towns include Ronneby and Karlskrona, both offering culture, shopping and access to the Baltic coast.

Villa Yasjö is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome. Final cleaning is included. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. A security deposit of 300 euros is required. Electricity is included. Charging electric vehicles is only possible upon prior request and will be charged based on actual consumption.
