The bedrooms have blackout curtains. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
Flat-screen TV + additional TV with DVD player in one of the two bedrooms.
Modern kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything else a kitchen needs.
The floors are covered with designer planks.

Your vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a modern new building right in the center of Grömitz, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. This makes the apartments very bright, giving you the feeling of living in a sunroom.
The individual apartments are wheelchair-accessible from the entrance and can be reached by elevator.

The location couldn’t be better. The Aldi and Rewe supermarkets are right across the street; the pedestrian zone and spa park are just 100 meters away, as are the bus stop, doctor’s office, and church. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the beach center.

The apartment is new and modernly furnished and, despite its central location, is in a quiet area. There is only one other apartment on the same floor. The entire building contains a total of just three apartments, making it a quiet residential complex.
