The vacation rental is located right on the beachfront, directly on the boardwalk, and offers a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea and the international shipping lane. The North Sea and the beach are just a few meters away.
Following extensive renovations, this vacation rental leaves nothing to be desired.
Vacation Apartment 15 is located on the first floor of the popular Panoramahaus right in the center of Duhnen and is identical to Vacation Apartment 14.
The open-concept living area offers plenty of space for two people and is equipped with a built-in kitchenette, a small dining area, a comfortable couch, a radio, a SMART TV, and Wi-Fi. From here, you can also step out onto the balcony, which features high-quality balcony furniture and offers a unique view of the North Sea and beach life in Duhnen. Both inside the apartment and on the balcony, you’ll feel like you’re right on the beach!
The open kitchenette features a small ceramic cooktop, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a capsule coffee maker and a drip coffee maker.
An absolute highlight is the state-of-the-art box-spring bed (180x200 cm) with electrically adjustable sections, from which you can look directly out at the sea.
The entryway also features a large mirrored cabinet with plenty of storage space and access to the shower room, which includes a rainforest shower and a bench.
You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage. The entrance height to the underground garage is 2.10 m. From there, you can take the elevator directly to the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll also find the swimming pool with a view of the North Sea, the sauna, the solarium, the relaxation room, and the sun terrace. In addition, the building has a laundry room with a dryer on the second floor and a bicycle storage room in the underground parking garage.
Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental, and smoking is prohibited. We would also like to point out that there are several cafés, restaurants, and bars on the first floor of the building.
Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – Return the key to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
