This spacious vacation rental is surrounded by fields and forests and is virtually secluded. It is located on the upper floor and features a beautiful kitchen, a guest garden, and beautiful hardwood floors.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. It also features a living room with a pull-out couch for two people, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and toilet, and one with a bathtub and toilet. Adjacent to the living room is a loggia with a west-facing view.

The guest garden is fenced off and features a spacious garden shed.

The vacation rental is located in a quiet area, surrounded by fields and forests. Nienburg is the nearest town, where the weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The nearest supermarket is just under a 10-minute drive away. The beautiful village of Estorf is the nearest village.

A wallbox for charging electric vehicles is available in the courtyard.

There is a separate entrance to the vacation rental. When rented, the vacation rental is entirely for the guests’ use. As the landlords, we live on the first floor of the house.
