The house, accommodating up to 16 people, features 8 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 1 roof terrace, 1 balcony, and a large terrace with garden access.

The total living space of 320 m² is spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor, and attic).

All rooms have parquet floors, and the bathrooms and kitchens are brightly tiled. The kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired.

The town of Eriskirch is located directly on the lake.

The ground floor apartment accommodates 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining area (40 m²) with an adjoining southwest-facing terrace (25 m²), a bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and a beautiful fitted kitchen.

The first-floor apartment accommodates another 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining area (28 m²) with an adjoining south-facing terrace (25 m²), a bright bathroom with a bathtub/shower and separate toilet, and a beautiful fitted kitchen.

The apartment on the top floor can accommodate an additional 4 people. It consists of
2 bedrooms, a large living/dining area with an open-plan fitted kitchen and an adjoining south-facing balcony (approx. 10 m²), a bright bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Air conditioning is available in the top-floor apartment.

All living and sleeping areas have oak parquet flooring. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are tiled in light colors. All rooms have windows and roller shutters.

The apartment has everything a man, woman, or family needs for the perfect vacation.


The kitchens are fully equipped with the following appliances: convection oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Pots, pans, dishes, and glasses are, of course, provided.

On the spacious balconies/terraces, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

You can enjoy the perfect BBQ with your loved ones on the large Weber grill or simply relax on the sun loungers. A solar shower on the terrace provides a refreshing cool-down. A garden pool is also available during the summer months from June to September.

Dogs are welcome.

Bed linens, towels, etc., are provided, as well as basic kitchen supplies (sugar, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, dishwasher tablets).

All three apartments have a Samsung Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available.

Smoking is permitted on the terraces. Please do not smoke inside the apartments.
