Nuestro condominio cuenta con 3 dormitorios (Reina, completos y 2 camas individuales) y un sofá cama plegable, 2 baños completos con un pie en la ducha en el dormitorio principal, chimenea de leña, cocina completa con accesorios, lavadora y secadora, WIFI, cuatro internet de TV, junto con el cable en la habitación familiar, parrilla de gas en la cubierta de proa, junto con una de las mejores vistas sobre el pequeño lago y mesa de salida 9no. Tiene fácil acceso a tiendas, restaurantes y Ski Apache.

Nice place for weekend getaway. Has everything you need to accommodate stay. Spent a lot of time on the deck which overlooks the pond and golf course. Very relaxing.

Great location and amenities!

We had six adults stay comfortably in this unit. Gorgeous view of the little lake and the condo smelled wonderful. Host VERY responsive. Will repeat for sure!

Another Wonderful Vacation at Innsbrook

This is our second stay at this property at the Innsbrook. It did not disappoint once again! Beautiful views of the lake and golf course, which is literally just a short distance from the front porch! It’s so peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by the beautiful pines!!! Anyone who enjoys a little piece of God’s country will absolutely love this property!!

Golf weekend

Runaway Parents

This is our 3rd year going to Ruidoso (adults only) for Presidents weekend. We have stayed in hotels in the past. This condo was in the perfect location, perfect size for what we needed, and everything we had hoped for! We will definitely plan on staying here next year!

Roomy in Ruidoso

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, with a couple of exceptions. Got in a little late, checkin was alright, though we had to spend a few minutes turning on the water heater and heaters to get cozy. The night was good, plenty of room for everyone, though one of the beds was quite squeaky (queen bed). One of the reasons we book with VRBO is to cook while traveling, and this kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have liked it to be. When it came time for breakfast we found the coffee maker did not work and took several hours to produce only a couple of cups of coffee (we used bottled/filtered water as instructed). We also found that the pot holders were very grimy and seemed to not have been washed or replaced in some time. There were no dish towels in site, dried dishes with paper towels. Kitchen seemed unorganized and could use some resetting of tools, pots, dish racks,sponges, and pans to be more user friendly. On the morning on the day of our return home, several of us had to take cold showers, we suggest if you have a big group like ours some shower at night. More towels and soap on hand would also be helpful. Check out time was considerably early, and we did our best to get out of there in a timely manner. We felt intimidated by a man who sat outside of the condo and watched us pack our vehicles (we were out of there at 10:11). This was presumably "the cleaner." We felt very uncomfortable, and for over $800 for two nights a little grace would have been nice

God’s Country

First let me say that Innsbrook is absolutely beautiful! Also, the condo was in a perfect location! Views of the little lake and waterfalls were so nice and were right out the front porch along with the golf course which was really pretty! The condo is really well kept and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend staying here! It’s a little piece of heaven! 😊

Feels like home

This place was one of the smallest we have ever stayed. since it was a last minute trip it was perfect! This house had everything we needed and more! Thank to Thomas for always checking in and making sure our stay was going smooth!

Girls Weekend

Very soon after booking we were given very detailed information about the property and knew what to expect. We were welcomed to contact for questions or needed anything during our stay. Awesome host! You have a choice of a regular drip coffee pot or a Keurig! The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated and the bedding and beds were very comfortable. Call dibs on the master with the king bed and amazing shower if staying with a group...we all loved that rock floor! The table in the dining area has a lot of room for dining or playing games and the seats are comfortable. The kitchen is nice and we had everything that we needed, although honestly we didn't bother to cook. There is a very nice front porch if the weather is nice for sitting and playing games or enjoying an adult beverage with a nice view of the lake. We loved our stay there, and will return when we plan another girls trip in the car. The only drawbacks we saw would be the parking for bikes on the gravel if we had ridden the Harleys.

Our family has owned this condo and it has been pasted down through the years. It has great sentimental value and a great many memories have been made here through the years...We have spent Christmas's here, summers and it is where me and my children learned to snow ski.....The condo is a part of our family's history and holds a special place in our hearts. We have been so very blessed to have it and wish to share that opportunity with others.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

While I can tell you about the usual benefits of the condo like 3 bedroom, 2 bath (walk in shower)....etc... It truly is the warmth and cozy feeling I get when staying here. No matter what season it is, our condo, has just brought out the best in good times with friends and relatives. Waking up on a crisp morning and breathing the fresh mountain air just makes you smile and give thanks. The good times while playing a round of golf, grilling outside on the deck, an invigorating day of snow skiing/boarding, shopping, dinner or just staying in watching a movie or playing games......you will be making memories that last a lifetime!
