Charming 2-story vacation home—perfect for families and active travelers: Spend relaxing days in our lovingly furnished vacation home, which offers plenty of space for families and friends across two floors. The centerpiece of the first floor is the spacious living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together and relax. The first floor is complemented by a bright shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms await you for restful nights: Two rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while another room with two single beds is ideal for children or friends. An additional bathroom ensures that you can start your day in the morning feeling completely relaxed and without having to wait in line. The sunny terrace invites you to wind down the evening with a cozy barbecue. A secure, covered shed is available for your bicycles, and you can conveniently park your car right outside the door. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. The deposit is 100% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code for this in good time before arrival. Tourist tax: The tourist tax in Treuchtlingen is 1.50 euros per day of stay for guests aged 16 and older. For children and adolescents from age 6 through age 15 as well as for people with severe disabilities with a disability rating of 50% or higher, the fee is 1.00 euro. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax, as are people with severe disabilities whose disability rating is 100% and the necessary accompanying person for people with severe disabilities.
