The private, secluded sun terrace offers a special opportunity for relaxation. It offers an impressive panoramic view of Lake Attersee, the Höllengebirge mountains—including the Mahdlgupf via ferrata, Hochlecken, and Schoberstein—as well as the Schafberg.
The apartment on the first floor accommodates 2 to 4 people and features a spacious living-dining area with a dining table, a bar area, and a comfortable seating area that converts into a bed for two adults. The sun terrace is accessible from both the living area and directly from the entryway.
In the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven, you can prepare everything from small snacks to full meals for the whole family.
The cozy bedroom, featuring custom-made Swiss stone pine paneling, ensures a particularly pleasant living experience. Distinctive accents in the living area include the pear wood coat rack crafted by the host and the unique bar lighting. This was crafted from a damaged beech tree from the property’s own forest and integrated into the apartment as a one-of-a-kind piece.
A special highlight is the spacious bathroom, which consists of two interconnected areas. The sink, toilet, and washing machine are physically separated from the walk-in shower and corner bathtub. The individually adjustable LED lighting creates a cozy, relaxing atmosphere when desired and invites you to unwind after an eventful day of vacation.

This apartment is one of the building’s designated pet-free units and is particularly suitable for guests who value a pet-hair-free living environment. Dog-friendly apartments are available to guests on the first floor.

An infrared sauna for 1 to 4 people is available to guests for a fee and offers additional relaxation options after hikes, mountain tours, or active days on vacation.
After dark, the terraces take on a special magic thanks to their location in the Attersee-Traunsee Star Park. Far away from disruptive light sources, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally clear view of the night sky. When visibility is good, even the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye from there, making your stay a special experience in nature.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
