Our lovingly and modernly furnished basement vacation apartment is approximately 80
m² in size, a separate, ground-level entrance with parking right outside the door.
Relax in a spacious living and dining area equipped with heated floors, satellite TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals at any time.
The 23 m² bedroom, featuring a large double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower, may also accommodate an additional guest on a sofa bed or in a crib.
You are welcome to smoke in the covered, furnished area of the entrance terrace. Please do not bring pets.
If you’re arriving by motorcycle, bicycle, or e-bike, we’ll be happy to provide secure storage for them.




Morshausen itself, is an independent municipality with approximately 370 residents.
It is situated on one of the first hills southwest of Koblenz, at an elevation of 333 meters above sea level,
“Right at the forefront of the Hunsrück, in the heart of the Rhine-Moselle triangle.”

Boasting wonderful hiking trails, “framed by the Ehrbach and Baybach valleys,
and touched by the Saar-Hunsrück Trail—the “Murscher Eselsche” and starting point of the “Murscher Aussichten”—the town offers nearly ideal starting conditions for extensive hiking and biking tours.

World-famous destinations such as Boppard, St. Goar with the Loreley, Koblenz with the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument and the “Deutsches Eck,” Cochem with the Reichsburg, Eltz Castle, or the massive “Geierlay” suspension bridge in Mörsdorf are all within a 30-minute drive from Morshausen.

In addition, one or two people can sleep on the pull-out couch in the living area.
