Welcome to MeerNah 1, your new vacation rental in the MeerNah Grömitz development. Here, you’ll stay on the first floor of a modern new building with plenty of space and a well-thought-out layout. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, or guests who want to combine their vacation on the Baltic Sea with short distances and a high level of comfort. The beach, promenade, spa gardens, and pier are all within easy walking distance.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here, you can spend time together cooking, eating, and relaxing. There is also a TV available in the living area. The high-quality furnishings and spacious layout create a bright and pleasant atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which complements your vacation on the Baltic Sea with a lovely outdoor space.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The vacation rental features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spots. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm. Each bedroom also has a TV. This makes the apartment ideal for families, couples, or vacations with friends. A crib and a high chair are also provided.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom with a sauna offers you a pleasant retreat after a day at the beach. Here you can enjoy soothing warmth and moments of relaxation right in your vacation rental. The sauna adds to the high level of comfort and makes the apartment a great choice for any season.

**Family-Friendly**
With its two bedrooms, spacious living area, and family-friendly amenities, the apartment is particularly well-suited for vacations with children. A crib and high chair make your stay with little ones easier. The apartment’s size also provides plenty of space for spending time together and for quiet moments of privacy.

**Note on the Surroundings**
There is currently a construction site directly behind the building. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to further requests for a rent reduction.

**Services & Extras**
There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. The apartment features a separate storage room. The underground garage also includes a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a solar power system are part of the project.

**Bedding and towels included**
This KomfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are provided, ensuring a relaxing start to your vacation.

**Location & Surroundings**
MeerNah Grömitz is located right in the heart of Grömitz. The fine Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 meters away. The spa gardens are also just a short walk away. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops are all nearby, making your stay especially pleasant. The pier, the marina, the “Grömitzer Welle,” and the Noah’s Ark Zoo ensure a varied and enjoyable vacation on the Baltic Sea.
