Una de la más meridional de las islas del mar, Amelia Island es un destino de vacaciones increíble que abarca la belleza natural del norte de Florida.

Esta dos dormitorios recién actualizado, dos condominio de baño está situado directamente en la playa de arena blanca de esta hermosa propiedad frente al mar. Minutos de distancia se encuentra un supermercado de escala completa, que ofrece todo lo que pueda necesitar, incluyendo vino y cerveza.

Esta unidad se encuentra en el tercer piso del Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. Está situado en el extremo sur de la propiedad, que ofrece vistas panorámicas tanto arriba y abajo el tramo frente al mar de la isla de Amelia. Nuestro balcón al final la unidad ofrece vistas despejadas al Norte, frente al mar, y una gran vista hacia el sur. Su punto de vista es tan lejos como el ojo puede ver arriba y abajo de las orillas de esta hermosa isla. Our stay at this property was almost perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, very comfy beds, etc. The full size washer and dryer were a plus for sure. And even without all of the above, the view from the corner unit was well worth every cent of the rental rate!!!! The grounds were neat and well kept and even though we didn't use the pool because it was December, it looked beautiful and was spacious. I cannot recommend this unit and these owners enough, thank you Mark and Laura!

Amazing Place with great hosts and view

This place was fantastic and truly a home away from home. This was easily the cleanest and most comfortable beach rental we encountered. We found that it was easy with kiddos especially with the beach and pool option (use the pvc pipe to secure the sliding balcony door if you have an escape artist like ours). Our son loved the lighthouse in the twin bedroom that lights up (if I’m being honest I want one myself). We saw wild rabbits, dolphins and turtles. A few pros below because there were so many: - Kitchen included Keurig and regular coffee makers, great cookware you can actually use (even the cutting boards seemed new), 3 new dish sponges, plenty of dish and hand soap and cleaning supplies, deep sink for dish cleaning, immaculate fridge/microwave/oven, cleanest laundry washer and dryer I have ever seen in a rental. - Bedrooms: beds are comfortable with nice pillows and soft sheets. Towels in master bath were thick and plush. I even found nail polish remover in the master bathroom which was great. Carpets in bedroom are also very soft. - Safety: first aid kit in the unit and a plug in carbon monoxide detector. They have slow close toilet lids which is awesome for kids. - Extras: they have recycling!!!! This was so exciting for us. They provided beach towels and chairs and an umbrella. Gorgeous view of the sun rise if your kids are up early. Just wanted to say an extra thank you to our hosts. We had read reviews but the unit really is a home away from home.

Ultimate get away!

The condo boasts panoramic ocean views and is decorated both beautifully and comfortably! Huge, thick beach towels are provided along with beach chairs for the stay. It’s like having all the amenities of home! Such a peaceful and relaxing location with great restaurants and shopping no more than a 10 min drive. Access to the property was easy and communication was timely. We will be back!

Perfect beach week!

We had a wonderful week at the beach in this perfect condo. We have made Amelia Island our yearly June family beach vacation for the last 6 years and have stayed in this complex before. This condo was perfect, easy access to the beach, all we needed for the week, and amazing views from the blacony for lunch breaks from the beach and morning coffee to watch the sunrise. The access to the condo and info for check in was easy and made available ahead of time and the easiest check out of any condo we have stayed in. We hope to stay at this condo again for our future family trips to amelia islannd!

Return Visit to Paradise

My wife and I just completed a week's stay in this wonderful oceanfront condo. This was the sixth year in a row that we have stayed here, and we definitely plan to return next summer. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and it has everything that one could need. We love being in a corner unit, with incredible views to the east (including spectacular sunrises) and the south end of the island. In addition to the beach views and beautiful dunes, we enjoy seeing turtles crawl across the sand and rabbits grazing nearby.Our hosts live nearby and are always responsive. Amelia Island is our favorite vacation spot (we've been vacationing here for more than thirty years), and staying in this condo always makes our stay even more enjoyable.

Oceanfront Relaxation Away from the Crowds!

Another great stay at the AI Surf & Racquet Club; however, it was our first time in this beautiful corner unit with the MOST AMAZING views! In addition, the unit is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Mark/Laura are responsive hosts who provide convenient gate entry and unit check-in. We love the location of this resort and thoroughly enjoyed the week!

The condo felt so much like home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The beds were comfy and the views were amazing. The pool looked fabulous but, it was a little cold. Beach access was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo

This property is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The ocean views are fantastic and you have a front row seat for the sunrise every morning. The weather wasn't the greatest, but I can't think of anything that would've made this trip any better.

Perfect beach getaway

We have stayed at this condo 4 times. It is always very clean and well stocked. The ocean views could not be better—sunrises from the balcony are spectacular! The condo is in a convenient location to town and it’s a very short ride to dozens of great shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend.
