Welcome to your Plavna Apartment. Enjoy direct, covered access to five restaurants as well as direct access to the Bogn Engiadina Scuol. An in-house sports shop and access to selected services of the Belvedere Hotel Family complete the offer.



The Plavna is located in the best location in the centre of Scuol and offers ideal holiday apartments with 20 different serviced apartments for families, couples and individual travellers.



Plavna will open in autumn 2026: Bookings can already be made from December 2025.



The comfortable furnishings in a modern alpine style and the use of local materials bridge the gap between urban lifestyle and cosy comfort, characterising the living experience in the Plavna Serviced Apartments. Our in-house deli & bistro will pamper you with contemporary, healthy and unconventional cuisine. Whether on-site or to take away. Children will love the new play paradise, and with the Jon Sport Alpin sports shop in the house, you can conveniently rent your ski equipment or E-bike. Plavna is directly connected to Engadin Bad Scuol.



The 3.5-room apartment with a living area of around 54 m² offers space for up to five people. Thanks to its northwest-facing location, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the village of Scuol and the distant mountains – particularly atmospheric in the evening hours. The balcony invites you to enjoy this view in the fresh Engadine air. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is aimed at guests who appreciate a quiet yet central accommodation. Pets are welcome.



The simple kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers everything necessary for the holidays: an oven or a microwave combination device, kettle and dishwasher are available. Two to four induction hobs as well as a small refrigerator round off the kitchen equipment.



The apartment has a functional bathroom with a shower, mirror, cosmetic mirror and towel rail - practically furnished for everyday life in holiday mode.

The PostAuto bus stop is located directly in front of the building, so you can reach the Scuol–Motta Naluns cable car in just 5 minutes by bus and quickly be in the middle of the hiking or skiing area.



In Plavna itself, you benefit from a versatile infrastructure offer: A cosy, stylish deli bistro invites you to trendy, uncomplicated snacks, the best pasta in the valley, hearty soups, salads and much more. Or would you like a good drink in the evening, while an attractive children's and family area (Kinderland) directly in the house ensures entertainment for the little guests.



Through the direct connection to the Belvedere Hotel Family and the Engadin Bad Scuol, you also have access to a large bathing, sauna and wellness area, various restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities. Thus, the Plavna Apartments combine the comfort of a private holiday apartment with numerous service and experience opportunities, for unique, relaxing and varied holiday days in Scuol.



The surroundings invite you to small and large walks and hikes in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins directly in front of the doorstep. Shops, bakery, pharmacy and cafés are located directly in front of the door on the Stradun. The valley station of the mountain railways can be reached in a few minutes by free bus, the bus stop is located directly at the entrance of the house. The ski bus is included in the guest card and can be used free of charge. The cross-country ski trail is 1 km away, the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bath and sauna landscape is directly accessible via a footbridge, and numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants are directly across the street.



The guest card for the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.



With this, you can use free of charge, throughout the year:

- the Rhaetian Railway from Scuol-Tarasp - Zernez in 2nd class

- all PostBus routes (except S-charl) in the Lower Engadine region

- in summer, additionally a daily mountain and valley ride with the Scuol cable car or the Ftan cable car
